
Customer Support Specialist

We're looking for a smart, curious, and empathetic individual to join our Customer Support Team in Dublin.
As part of our Support Team, you will help customers maximize clarity in their work and empower them to get the most out of Asana, our cloud-based work management platform. You will assist customers with questions, feature requests, bug reports, and educate them about best practices for using Asana within their teams and organizations.
As a Support Specialist, you will become a product expert in Asana. Customers have a strong voice in prioritizing product development, and we encourage that dialogue through our support channels.
While providing excellent service, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive team that values quality, efficiency, and collaboration. Based in Dublin, you will work closely with teams in San Francisco, Chicago, Sydney, and Tokyo, and collaborate across various departments globally.
What you'll achieve:
- Become a product expert in Asana
- Assist customers with questions, feature requests, bug reports, and educate them about best practices for using Asana with a team
- Bring a critical eye to support interactions, seeking efficiency and customer experience improvements
- Focus on technical and pragmatic customer support
- Help increase support efficiency by analyzing metrics, assessing tooling needs, and implementing solutions using tools, integrations, and APIs
- Act as a liaison between the product team and customers
About you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Genuine passion for making customers feel happy and understood
- Strong troubleshooting skills and curiosity to learn daily
- Tenacious work ethic and attention to detail
- Deep empathy for technology users
- Prior B2B customer support experience
- Proficiency with Asana
- Experience or interest in Terminal/iTerm, Github, Zuora, or Zendesk
- Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to improve productivity and collaboration
