About Our Role:

">Duty Manager is a key position that requires strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within our student residences. This is a frontline role, supporting residents, guests, and event clients while leading staff and ensuring service excellence across reception, guest services, accommodation, and events.]

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations across key departments.">
  • Lead and support team members to deliver consistent service standards.">
  • Resolve student and guest issues promptly and professionally.">
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements.">
  • Assist with the setup and delivery of conferences and events.">
  • Maintain effective shift handovers and ensure all departments are informed of key issues.">
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, and HACCP procedures.">
  • Attend management meetings and contribute to planning and service delivery.">

Requirements:

">Leaving Certificate and/or relevant qualification in hospitality, tourism, or management, minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a large accommodation or hospitality environment, strong leadership and organisational skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, proficient in IT systems; experience with StarRez and KX is an advantage, ability to work a flexible 5-over-7-day schedule, including weekends.">
