About the Position

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to partner with a leading Dublin-based independent 182-bedded acute psychiatric teaching hospital to recruit for the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an onsite clinic that delivers essential services, including the monitoring of inpatient and outpatient Denzapine patients, administration of OPD Depot Medication, and provision of OPD phlebotomy services.

This is a part-time role, working 18.75 hours per week, covering Tuesday and Friday clinics weekly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the onsite clinic.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve service excellence.
  • Maintaining high-quality patient care standards.

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

  • Be registered or in the final stages of registering with the NMBI as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
  • Have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in mental health services, including a minimum of two years' experience in adult mental health.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of specialized areas such as ECT, Denzapine, and Parenteral Mental Health Medication.
  • Be eligible to work in Ireland.
