Senior Digital Solution Consultant Role Summary

We're seeking a Senior Digital Solution Consultant to join our rapidly growing Presales Digital team. As an expert in technical and business solution consultancy, you'll support direct sales forces and partners through proposal production, ServiceNow product demonstrations, and Business Value Assessments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging AI to transform work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving;
  • Assisting Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery;
  • Participating across the sales lifecycle to acquire new customers;
  • Mentoring and training peers, colleagues, and partners;
  • Demonstrating the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers;
  • Generating product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environments;
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects;
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents;
  • Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demos and POCs/POVs;
  • Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.;
  • Conducting competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors;
  • Communicating commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment;
  • Serving as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events;

The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI to drive transformation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in IT and technology consulting;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Experience with ServiceNow products and their applications;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Able to travel occasionally;
