Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to design and implement advanced AI systems for the automotive industry. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions that meet stringent safety and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical strategies for deploying AI-driven solutions in safety-critical applications.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to design, optimize, and deliver scalable software solutions.
  • Design and build tooling for training, validating, and deploying neural networks on advanced accelerators.
  • Shape runtime environments to meet real-time and functional safety requirements.
  • Guide and mentor engineering teams to influence design decisions.
  • Support safety analysis and certification processes.
  • Assess costs, priorities, and delivery timelines for commercial teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience building software for safety-critical applications, with knowledge of standards like ISO 26262, ISO 21448, or similar.
  • Background in GPU, NPU, or accelerator driver development, especially in memory management and execution synchronization.
  • Strong C/C++ skills and experience with embedded platforms (e.g., INTEGRITY, QNX, or VxWorks).
  • Solid foundation in computer system fundamentals and a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in requirements analysis, architecture definition, and documentation.
  • Collaborative style, with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams.
