Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a very busy restaurant and bar area situated within a hotel.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their section effectively, assist with the everyday service of a busy restaurant and bar, and produce exceptional dishes that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prepare your section to supply exquisite dishes using the finest ingredients for the everyday food service
  • Assist the Head Chef in maintaining and setting culinary standards
  • Produce exceptional dishes that meet high-quality standards
Requirements:
  • 2-3 Years Chef De Partie experience within a 4*/5* hotel or similar environment essential for the role
  • A desire and passion to develop your skills and grow using the finest of ingredients and produce
  • Fine Dining experience considered an advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a positive hands-on attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
