Culinary Team Member Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Member to join our culinary team in a busy hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing their section to provide exquisite dining experiences for guests. This will involve working closely with the Head Chef to maintain and set culinary standards, producing high-quality dishes and enhancing the overall guest experience.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Culinary Team Member in a similar environment
  • A desire and passion to develop your skills and grow using the finest of ingredients and produce
  • Fine Dining experience is considered an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage your section effectively
  • Flexibility with working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a positive hands-on attitude
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the kitchen
