Job Role:

An Advanced Healthcare Provider is required to deliver primary healthcare and patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and provide high-quality patient care.
  • Perform comprehensive patient examinations and compile accurate patient information and documentation.
  • Review patient reports, make recommendations for treatment, and authorize medication refills as necessary.
About the Position:

This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate clinic needs.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • One to three years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), DEA license, and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
