Sales Outreach Specialist

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Researching and creating outreach materials for high-value prospects, collaborating with sales development representatives (SDRs) and account executives (AEs).
- Following up on marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities and move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings.
- Executing outbound sales plays created by marketing teams.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts.
- Developing relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability, and preparing hand-offs to sales teams.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a sales opportunity.
- Effectively working through lead lists, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs), consistently updating activity and contact information within the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and supporting weekly reporting efforts.
- A track record of top performance or prior success in sales roles.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with minimal supervision.
- Participation in office hours in Dublin, focusing on collaboration and team building.
