Job Overview

The Senior Third Party Risk Analyst will play a key role in understanding project requirements and client landscape for crafting, implementation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleanse supplier data and perform compliance checks on the supplier database to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Liaison with external parties to gather data and additional information required for assessments.
  • Monitor third-party tasks using dashboards to ensure timely completion within specified timeframes.
  • Follow-up & co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure closure of assessments according to defined scope and timelines.
  • Deliver high-quality output on time by adhering to client-specific turn-around times and assisting in meeting defined deadlines.
  • Prepare and circulate daily compliance movement reports and share progress updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the primary manager in support of responsibilities outlined above.
  • Proficiently work across various TPRM platforms & dashboards to meet assessment requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal communication).
  • Strong Excel, Visio, and PPT skills for data analysis and presentation.
  • Attention to detail and focus on delivering accurate results and high-quality work.
  • Good understanding of Controls, Risk, and Compliance principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) and/or Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Basic understanding of Sanctions and Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption regulations.
  • Awareness of Compliance and Procurement roles and responsibilities.
  • General awareness about risks emerging from third parties, mitigating frameworks, and implications of such risks.
  • Team player with flexibility to accommodate customer timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to react to deadlines with integrity and flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Flexible working hours to manage client deliverables efficiently.
  • Experience in S2P process (Vendor onboarding).
  • Awareness of Compliance and Procurement roles and responsibilities.
  • General awareness about risks emerging from third parties, mitigating frameworks, and implications of such risks.
