Construction Site Manager Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our building project in Limerick City. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing daily and weekly programmes, issuing programme details to subcontractors, and attending management team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site activities, record manpower levels, and maintain detailed notes.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring production outputs meet targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors, assist with equipment control, and provide clear leadership to the site team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 3+ years' experience as a construction site foreman/foreperson, working with building contractors.
- Strong time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of the construction industry and working on-site.
Benefits
The salary for this position is €65k - €75k negotiable depending on experience.
