- Develop and maintain detailed commercial and financial reporting systems.

- Oversee contract administration, including reviewing and managing contract variations and claims.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Chartered or working towards SCSI Chartership desirable.
- 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering/commercial building construction, preferably with large-scale infrastructure or design-build projects.
