Trust Administration Expert

**Job Overview**
As a senior trust administration professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of two prominent trusts. Your role entails managing the creation and operation of individual trusts under these entities, ensuring comprehensive oversight of all trust-related activities.
You will work closely with various teams to coordinate and manage the implementation of trust policies and procedures. This involves acting as the signatory for the trusts, evaluating fiduciary duty compliance, and developing strategies to safeguard beneficiaries' interests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the trusts
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and accounting for all trust assets
- Develop and implement trust policies and procedures to safeguard beneficiaries' interests
**Requirements:**
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, team management experience, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of corporate structures and fiduciary responsibility. They must also have regulatory compliance expertise and the ability to identify potential conflicts of interest.
Indirect Responsibilities:- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and client service teams to ensure documentation and agreements are in place
- Implement a governance structure for each trust, maintaining minute books and documenting trustee decisions and actions
