API Process Engineer Specialist

A strategic role has emerged within our organization's Commercialization, Development and Supply team for an Associate Specialist in Engineering. This position presents exciting opportunities to work on multiple API projects, encompassing manufacturing support activities, late-stage clinical product development and scale-up, new product introductions, supply campaigns and technology transfers across existing and new facilities.
This role requires close collaboration with Technical Team Leads to ensure the efficient operation of multiple small molecule processes.
- Contribute as an individual contributor to new product introductions, supply and/or technical transfers to and from the site, including new technologies.
- Collaborate with global Research and Development partners to co-develop new small molecule API products, supporting innovation from early development through to commercial readiness.
This position necessitates a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline. A foundational understanding of API process development and/or API supply is expected, with opportunities for further training and mentorship to build expertise.
