  • Drive Transformation: Partner with customers to unlock their supply chain-wide transformation needs and drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive into current business processes within supply chains and operations across diverse industries like life sciences, food & beverages, and manufacturing. Your analytical skills will streamline and enhance operations.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Organize and facilitate client workshops to uncover their unique needs and supply chain challenges. Your collaborative approach ensures we understand their goals and obstacles clearly.
  • Strategize with Clarity: Gather essential information with a keen focus on what matters. You'll keep all stakeholders informed and aligned, avoiding unnecessary details.
  • Co-create Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design concept books detailing innovative new processes and organizational changes. Together, we'll create a blueprint for success.
  • Coordinate Implementation: Support the entire process, ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.

About You:

  • Experience: You've been involved in improvement projects or have contributed to project planning, execution, or monitoring of project progress.
  • Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and a willingness to learn and develop yourself.
  • Education: A Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or Data Science is preferred, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
