OASIS Group is committed to providing high-quality services to individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Trainer / Key Worker on our Rehabilitative Training Programme.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with adults with disabilities. They will also have a strong understanding of the principles of person-centred planning and be able to support individuals in developing their own personalised plans.

Responsibilities will include designing and delivering training programs, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support to programme participants. The successful candidate will also work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs aligned with the needs of programme participants.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform program development.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to programme participants.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.
