Serve as a trusted advisor to the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) as a Senior Governance Specialist with Cpl Resources - TEG. You will be responsible for developing and implementing governance policies and procedures that drive CRU's strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage governance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure CRU's compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Governance Team to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced governance practices.
  • Support the CRU Audit and Risk Committee, Finance and Governance Committee, and other relevant committees in their decision-making processes.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including the Department of Climate, Environment and Energy, to foster strong relationships and ensure CRU's governance and accountability obligations are met.
