Job Description:
This role requires a highly skilled professional to support all aspects of Anti-Money Laundering for investors in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees, reviewing their work and developing training plans.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to Anti-Money Laundering requirements for investors.
- Review procedural requirements and recommend changes where applicable.
- Participate in developing training materials and lead training sessions within the department.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver a robust AML service to our clients.
- Have a direct impact on the quality of tasks performed or services provided by the team.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Technical skills and systems knowledge (e.g., Microsoft and PeopleSoft) are preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations acquired through formal education or experience; knowledge of Irish, UK, or Cayman regulations is desirable.
- Analytical and communication skills to analyze and summarize information.
- Leadership and organizational skills to prioritize assignments, provide feedback, and coordinate compliance activities.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required to analyze and summarize information.
