We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Functional Specialist, where you will be conducting holistic assessments to understand how individuals' health conditions impact their daily lives. You will be working in a hybrid pattern with occasional travel to your local centre.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments virtually and face-to-face to gather comprehensive information about individuals' health conditions
  • Produce detailed clinical reports summarising the findings and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Clinical qualifications: Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Doctor Registered with NMC/HCPC/GMC
  • Strong communication and IT skills
