Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions for adults in a primary care setting.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and support junior physiotherapists and students as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions for adults in a primary care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support rehabilitation and enhance mobility.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
- Supervise and support junior physiotherapists and students as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
- CORU registered Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience, with relevant experience in primary care or adult rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in managing complex caseloads and working autonomously.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
