We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and sales professionals to achieve outstanding results.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of company goals\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance\
- Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity\
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives\
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges\
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions\
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues\
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement within the team\
- Manage conflicts and issues within the team in a fair and constructive manner\
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication\
- Represent the company at external events and conferences as required\
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures\

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content\
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities\
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them\
- Support the development and implementation of sales forecasting and budgeting processes\
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement\
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business growth and retention\
- Provide input on business strategy and direction to senior leadership\
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and programs\
- Perform other duties as assigned by management\
