**Job Summary:**

An opportunity has arisen for an organised and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting smooth daily operations by providing accurate and timely administrative support to production and wider business functions.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong time management skills, accurate and detail-focused, with a high standard of work, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, a confident communicator, both verbal and written, professional, approachable, and adaptable to support different areas of the business.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain staff rotas to ensure accurate scheduling of production shifts
  • Prepare production-related documents, reports, and correspondence as required
  • Perform reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing general enquiries
  • Provide support to other departments when required
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed
  • Develop and update spreadsheets to track production, training, and administrative data
  • Undertake other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of production and company operations
