Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team in New Product Development. This role will provide the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Assist in the development of new products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.\
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage critical paths for product launches.\
  • Responsible for dispatching product samples and coordinating with suppliers.\
  • Prepare factory specifications and QAS's for new products.\
  • Complete customer specifications and assist in managing approval of new packaging.\
  • Travel to meet with customers and present product concepts.\
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external providers to develop strong relationships.\
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including reporting and record-keeping.\\/ul">

Requirements:

  • \
  • Qualification in Food Science, Food Innovation, or relevant discipline.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.\
  • Strong focus on further training and career development.\
  • Experience in a similar role or within the Meat Industry an advantage.\\/ul">
