Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Engineer Role:

A Quality Assurance Specialist is required to ensure compliance with the quality system and conduct audits to guarantee its effectiveness.

The role will involve coordinating assigned elements of the Quality System, ensuring full compliance by all relevant personnel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and ensuring adherence to the Quality System.
  • Conducting audits with other personnel as necessary.
  • Assisting in investigating customer complaints and determining corrective or preventive actions.
  • Managing day-to-day CAPA requirements by ensuring timely initiation, investigation, correction, and corrective actions.
  • Providing performance metrics for inclusion in management reviews and monthly reports.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or related field.
  • Green Belt certification or knowledge of statistics in an industrial environment.
  • Extensive experience in operating a quality system in a highly regulated combination product/device manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in injection moulding or tooling is desirable.
