Job Title: Mechanical Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Professional to deliver high-quality projects from concept to completion.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career development, supported by a structured mentoring system.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of projects across multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Residential, Education, Commercial, and Industrial.
  • Design mechanical services for various projects, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines, regulations, and standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Engage directly with clients, representing the company in client-facing roles.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years' of post-graduate experience in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
  • A Level 8/9 degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services with a strong background in design engineering.
  • Chartered Engineering status or working towards it is an advantage.
  • Experience in designing mechanical services for Healthcare, Residential, Education, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit MEP and Building Services Design Software (e.g., IES, Hevacomp).
  • Strong knowledge of Energy-Efficient Design and renewable energy solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A full current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
