Financial Management Position

This is a maternity leave cover for a minimum of one year, with the possibility of a longer term assignment. The role involves managing both financial and management accounting aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of core accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, bookkeeping, and asset management.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage all financial operations, including month-end, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present management accounts on a timely basis.
  • Deliver financial and management reports, including aspects of projections, financial modelling, budgeting, and ad hoc reporting as required.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Professional Accountancy Qualification.
  • 7+ years' experience in a senior role, ideally with experience as a Snr Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/commercial environment (distinct advantage).
