Imagine leading a team that brings life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple site-based capital projects, from design to implementation and close-out.

You will manage all phases of capital projects, including design, construction, commissioning, qualification, schedule, and cost control. Your strong safety culture and compliance will ensure that projects meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders is key to your success. You will also identify innovative engineering design solutions to meet client/end-user requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining risk registers. Additionally, you will oversee multi-disciplinary project teams and manage contractor and resource coordination.

Ensuring equipment qualification is completed in line with local procedures, cGMP, and best practices is crucial. You will contribute to improving standards and procedures within the Engineering Department.

Project Controls
  • Develop and implement cost and schedule control processes using existing financial and project management platforms.
  • Support project managers with budgeting, resource planning, contract strategy, earned value monitoring, and forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure the project portfolio meets business objectives.
  • Implement robust change management processes and risk management practices.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports for leadership.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Construction-related) and at least 10 years of capital project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry are required. Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management is essential.
