Cloud FinOps Strategist

We're seeking an experienced Cloud FinOps strategist to spearhead our cloud governance and platform management initiatives. This pivotal role will drive key programs, foster cohesion across teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster business planning and operational cadence, ensuring timely execution of critical projects.
  • Provide visibility into current and future initiatives, promoting seamless collaboration among sub-teams.
  • Offer expert consultation and guidance to department leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving business outcomes.
  • Support the identification and analysis of new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for new programs, products, and systems.
  • Educate and socialize key concepts to promote understanding and consensus.
  • Develop and deliver business reviews and presentations to advise leadership on operations and projects.
  • Draft engaging briefs and presentations for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive day-to-day operations to deliver on strategic plans and operational excellence.
  • Establish consistent standards and processes, advocating for operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-functional conversations, creating synergies to support business initiatives.
  • Operate as an internal consultant, working closely with multiple stakeholders.
  • Foster effective teamwork with internal and external leaders and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven process development and implementation skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities, handle concurrent demands, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience using data to illustrate business conclusions.
  • Proven ability to implement large-scale program strategies.
