Cloud FinOps Program Manager

About the Role

The Cloud FinOps Program Manager will be responsible for building structure and establishing cadence to meet critical business timelines. This role will drive cohesion between sub-teams, providing visibility to current and future projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will consult and provide recommendations to department leaders to navigate the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build structure for business planning and operating cycles.
  • Establish cadence to meet critical business timelines.
  • Drive cohesion between sub-teams.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to department leaders.
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven performance reports.
  • Support identification and analysis of new partnership opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements.
  • Educate and socialize key tenants.
  • Create Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Develop and maintain centralized repository of workflows.
  • Identify and pursue cost reduction opportunities.
  • Drive development of consistent standards and processes.
  • Facilitate conversations for synergies across the business.
  • Operate as internal consultant.

  • Strong process development and implementation skills.
  • Ability to lead and work well with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to implement large-scale program strategy.
  • Experience using data to illustrate business conclusions.
  • Presentation and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
