Clinical Midwife Manager 1 Role Overview
We seek a highly skilled and experienced midwife to lead our postnatal services team. As a Clinical Midwife Manager 1, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to mothers and their babies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the postnatal services team with expertise in clinical management and coordination of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience as a midwife.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
