About this Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Payroll Specialist and lead all payroll processes for our International operations. As a critical member of our team, you will work closely with the Employee Experience and Accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes across jurisdictions.

The Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing effective payroll processes and procedures.
  2. Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline payroll operations.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to payroll, including tax laws and benefits.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and taxing agencies on payroll-related matters.
  5. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payroll processing and administration.
Requirements
  • 5 years of international payroll processing experience with 3 years of hands-on Workday experience required.
  • U.S. payroll experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of local regulations and laws related to payroll (e.g., hours and taxation) in applicable international jurisdictions.
  • Working knowledge of payroll's general ledger impact.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, passionate about providing excellent service and support to employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex payroll questions.
  • Ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
