About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Services Professional to join our team in Galway. This permanent role will require the successful candidate to be based on-site and lead a team of payroll specialists.

The Senior Payroll Services Professional will be responsible for leading the delivery of payroll services to our 4,000 employees, ensuring efficient, on-time, and compliant payroll processing. They will also lead the enhancement of payroll processes, review and sign-off on payroll in line with company policy and best practices, and ensure compliance with GDPR.

The ideal candidate will have experience running payroll services for similar scale companies, a passion for customer service, and proven ability to work and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. They will also have a Level 8 Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area and in-depth knowledge of Irish employment tax.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 8 Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area
