Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our after-school programs across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of managers and staff, and ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for working with children. If you have previous experience in a management role, preferably in childcare or education, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Level 6 Childcare qualification and fluency in English. A clean driving license and ability to speak Irish are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of after-school programs across multiple sites
  • Lead a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Create fun and educational activities that meet the needs of children
  • Ensure compliance with safety and safeguarding guidelines
  • Build positive relationships with parents, school staff, and local communities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in childcare or education
  • Minimum of Level 6 Childcare qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • A genuine passion for working with children
