Job Overview

This position involves performing operational duties at various water and wastewater treatment plants in the Munster area.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out operational tasks, working independently or with senior specialists, and conducting inspections, sampling, and analysis of drinking water and wastewater treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out operational duties at Water and Wastewater treatment plants
  2. Working independently and on occasions with senior process specialists
  3. Conducting inspections, sampling, and analysis of drinking water and wastewater treatment plant processes
  4. Problem solving process issues on-site
  5. Establishing improvement and efficiency measures and implementation/monitoring on-site
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Laboratory analysis skills
  • PC skills such as Excel and Word essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Environmental Science (or other relevant science/engineering degree)
