Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Provide education and training to junior staff members
Essential Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with CORU
- At least 3 years post-qualification experience, including experience in Hand Therapy and/or Upper Limb Rehabilitation
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
