Job Description

The role will involve supporting the Human Resources department in administering various HR processes, ensuring accurate payroll processing to meet business objectives.

The weekly payroll process involves approximately 300 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of Advance Systems Time & Attendance software
  • Processing of hourly and salary payroll using Sage Micropay
  • Handling payroll-related queries and issues
  • Maintenance of month-end payroll reports
  • Preparation and completion of (CSO) reports
  • Assistance with implementing human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, contract preparation, learning and development
  • Support with onboarding, new hire documentation, and delivery of HR section of Induction
  • Updating the HRM system with employee information, such as changes, absence, and holiday entries
  • General administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Experience processing payroll, preferably 2-3 years' experience of full payroll runs
  • Knowledge of Sage Micropay is an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Familiarity with Revenue-online-Services (R.O.S.)
  • Interest in general HR functions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Time & Attendance Systems and payroll systems
