Moulding Process Optimisation Expert

We are seeking a talented Process Improvement Specialist to lead the introduction of new products into our production line, ensuring they meet or exceed customer requirements.
This role involves compiling and maintaining process specifications, monitoring existing processes for compliance with defined standards, and optimizing them using statistical techniques and methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with customers, raw material suppliers, and equipment vendors, as well as delivering training on new processes and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the introduction of new products into production
- Compiling and maintaining process specifications
- Monitoring existing production processes for compliance
- Optimizing processes using statistical techniques
- Troubleshooting processing issues with Production Group Leaders
- Delivering training on new processes and systems
- National Diploma in Plastics Engineering (Degree in Engineering preferred)
- Experience in injection moulding, preferably in medical, packaging or technology sectors
