**Tax Expertise:**

The Senior Manager, Indirect Taxes will play a critical role in maintaining the company's tax compliance and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. VAT Compliance Process Management: Manage VAT compliance process for our European affiliates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Legislative Rule Monitoring: Monitor new legislative rules, analyzing their impact on the company's tax obligations and ensuring compliance.
  3. Tax Audit Resolution: Collaborate with external advisors to resolve tax audits or voluntary disclosures, minimizing potential risks and financial exposure.

Requirements:

Level of Education/Certification/Experience:

  1. A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (AITI CTA) and/or Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in an Indirect Tax role is required.

Key Competencies:

  1. Expert knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  2. Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate tax risks.
