Senior Leadership Opportunity

This senior leadership role within a managed service provider (MSP) presents an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and technically proficient individual to join a well-established MSP with a strong reputation for exceptional client retention and a collaborative team culture.

The role requires overseeing strategic client relationships, driving operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team. A balance of strategic oversight and hands-on engagement with service delivery is necessary to ensure the business continues to grow while maintaining its reputation for reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in a senior role within an MSP or similar service-led environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of managing client contracts and service delivery.
  • Deep technical expertise across multiple platforms including Microsoft 365 administration, migration, and support, Microsoft Azure infrastructure, security, and cloud services, VMware virtualisation, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting, on-premises infrastructure servers, networking, and storage.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a close-knit team.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally.
