Job Overview

The position of Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist involves supporting the Mondelez Europe Quality Certification Lead in managing Sustainability certification schemes across various sites in Europe.

  • Maintaining ongoing certification programs at different sites.
  • Planning and supervising certification activities, communicating changes to Certification Bodies.
  • Providing training and information on industry standards for new entrants and updates on published upgrades.
  • Setting up users and training them on standard-specific tools.
  • Coordinating Internal Audit planning for each certification scheme; conducting some internal audits.
  • Leading external audits at multiple sites and supporting plant and central functions audits.
  • Optimizing processes and procedures; recommending combinations of programs for efficiency; supporting new program implementation.
  • Digitalization tasks: creating task reminders; consolidating Corrective & Preventive Action plans tracking; contributing to SAP projects to simplify certification management.

Key requirements include experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize; strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional teams; business acumen with influencing and negotiating capabilities; auditing certification or equivalent experience is an advantage.

This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Quality Community in Europe, Digital Services, Procurement, Marketing/Sales, and external partners. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
