Job Role:

As a skilled and enthusiastic Deli Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Merchandise and maintain store displays, ensuring visual appeal and product availability.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Clean and maintain the store environment, including restrooms, floors, and shelves.
  • Generate sales leads for our retail team, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
