We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Test Engineer to oversee the testing process for our heat pump solutions. This critical role requires strong leadership and technical skills to plan, manage, and execute test plans effectively.

  • Testing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the highest quality of our products.">
  • Test Rig Management: Manage and maintain test rigs and supporting equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.">
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.">
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to meet deadlines, promote a culture of excellence, and support their professional development.">
  • Communication: Coordinate, communicate, and present test plans to stakeholders, recommending follow-up actions based on experience.">
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and present test data to drive the development of heat pumps, identifying areas for improvement.">
  • Software Development: Design and develop test rig software as required, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.">
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new equipment throughout the design process.">

  • ">
  • Leadership and Technical Expertise: Possess excellent leadership and technical skills, with significant previous experience (5+ years) as Test Engineer Team Lead or Development Team Lead.">
  • Tech Skills: Have an excellent understanding of controls and instrumentation, with 10+ years relevant industrial experience in mechanical design of machines, systems, engines, heat pumps, or similar.">
  • Industry Expertise: Have experience in the Automotive and/or heavy engineering industry, preferably with hydraulic systems design expertise.">
  • Degree and Certifications: Hold a minimum ME/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar, with relevant certifications and training in test engineering and management.">
