Job Title: Data Science Leader

 

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical leadership position that involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive data-driven innovation.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying impactful data science solutions that deliver measurable improvements in healthcare cost, quality, and access.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing scalable real-world machine learning systems that balance performance, interpretability, and operational constraints.
  • Mentoring and elevating the data science team by conducting code reviews and setting technical standards.
  • Collaborating closely with business and technical leadership to shape the roadmap for data-driven innovation.

 

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field and extensive experience in SQL and Python/R are required. You should also have a strong track record of building data science solutions.
