Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Lead to oversee the planning and delivery of cyclical, planned, and reactive maintenance programs for our housing stock in the Leinster Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe homes for our tenants and a safe working environment for our staff and contractors through compliance with relevant statutory standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring properties meet the Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations 2019
  • Tracking and reporting on statutory compliance of houses, apartments, and blocks
  • Assisting the Regional Asset Manager in delivering annual component replacement and deep retrofit
  • Supervising and reporting to the Regional Asset Manager on the Regional Asset Management budget
  • Procuring services and materials within area of responsibility
  • Liaising with contractors and local authorities
  • Managing and supervising a team of Maintenance Technicians

Requirements:

  • NFQ Level 7 qualification in a property, engineering, or construction discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar asset management, facilities management, or maintenance role
  • Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Full clean 'Class B' EU driver's licence
