Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet and Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a leading organization, contributing to the success of our fleet operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing scheduled maintenance, managing repairs, and coordinating with service providers to minimize vehicle downtime. They will also analyze cost of repairs, manage costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility with customers. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a technical understanding/background. A full, clean driving license is also essential.

Role Responsibilities
  • Service & Maintenance Management: Coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance to ensure vehicles are always in good working condition.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and manage repair costs, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
  • Driver Support: Provide 24/7 support to drivers, including breakdown management and assistance with vehicle issues.
  • Vehicle Administration: Manage motor tax, CVRT, and toll charge administration for company vehicles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, or transportation).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Full, clean driving license.
