
Client Service Expert

As an Insurance Client Service Advisor, key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with servicing teams to provide top-tier service to assigned clients.
- Working with offshore teams to deliver policy documents and invoices within set timeframes.
- Attending meetings with clients, underwriters, and colleagues to understand client needs and specialise in Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, and Cyber Insurance.
- Contributing to the formulation and formatting of Service Plans, Renewal Reports, Presentations, and other client documents.
- Communicating terms of settlement, ensuring premiums are debited and maintaining credit control standards.
- Liaising with broking colleagues in the Global Broking Centre and wider network.
- Resolving problems and seeking assistance when necessary.
- Complying with regulatory standards by updating Aon systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Identifying revenue development opportunities and recommending improvements to the Client Manager.
Our team has extensive knowledge and experience providing services to professional service firms' risk.
Our clients include law, accounting, design, construction, and consulting firms.

- Insurance industry IT system proficiency.

- Aon product knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
- ACII or willingness to work towards this certification.
