Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university.
  • Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
  • 1-4 years of relevant industry experience or financial services experience.
  • Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities in both English and Mandarin.
  • Successful track record managing multiple, simultaneous complex tasks and working in team environments.
  • Passion for client service, especially with experience in phone-based professional communication.
  • Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn about new topics.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum, including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals.
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent multi-task and time management skills to handle large volumes of projects.
