Job Title: Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Financial Planners and Private Client Managers to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Financial Planning team in delivering a comprehensive client service proposition.
  • Manage sales pipelines from start to finish.
  • Conduct research to gather information for clients' financial plans.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of customer and personal service experience, Microsoft office suite, administrative procedures and systems, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. They will also possess skills such as integrity, concern for others, persistence, analytical thinking, achievement/effort, time management, initiative, and creative thinking.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry.
