About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Client Services Associate.
  • This role will involve building strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • They will also be able to foster collaboration and teamwork, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review client reporting, including administrator and board reporting.
  • Co-ordinate reporting issues with Reporting teams and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
  • Run and maintain logs of client service calls and action logs.
  • Point of receipt for Client change requests; log and work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of change agenda for clients.
  • Assist the Client Service lead with the on-boarding of new clients as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Primary degree or professional qualification equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience working in the provision of fund administration services preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
