Job Title

A senior client executive is sought to join our high-performing team in media relations, campaign delivery, and client service.


The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of PR or communications experience, a proven track record of managing client accounts, and a talent for delivering impactful campaigns across traditional, digital, and social channels.


You will play a central role in developing strategies, managing projects, and building strong client relationships, working with some of the most recognisable brands in Ireland and internationally.



Responsibilities
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Develop and execute integrated PR and communications campaigns across multiple sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
  • Draft high-quality written materials, including press releases, articles, speeches, and social media content.
  • Lead media outreach, secure coverage, and manage press events or launches.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, messaging development, and creative campaign concepts.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, using insights to enhance future activity.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Participate in and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, adaptable to different formats and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish media landscape and how to leverage it effectively.
  • Confident in managing client relationships and presenting ideas persuasively.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for current affairs, media, and brand communications.


Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
  • 2–3 years' experience in a PR, communications, or related role (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and building media relationships.
  • Experience in both traditional and digital communications channels.
  • Knowledge of measurement and evaluation tools for PR campaigns.
